What are the operating hours of City Hall?
City Hall is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

What is the address and how do I get to City Hall?
The City Building is located at 800 Sixth Street. When traveling north or south on WV2 turn east onto Sixth Street. Continue 2 blocks east on 6th Street. The City Building is the red brick building on the left hand side (with the Fire Department). Convenient parking is located behind the building.

Where can I pay my water bill?
You can pay your bill at the Moundsville City Building. You can also pay your water bill at the Water Department building located at 819 Lafayette Avenue

Can I pay my municipal bills online?
At this time the City of Moundsville is not prepared to accept online payments. Please check back soon for this feature!

What is public safety fee?
The public safety fee is a footage fee which helps to offset the costs of the safety forces including Fire, Police, and Dispatch.

How do I get a copy of my accident crash report?
At the time of the accident the investigating officer may have given the involved persons a business card containing information regarding your report. Your crash report after being checked by a supervisor will be available for download. Go to Report Beam and follow the links to your report. The fee for a ReportBeam report is $20.00
