Fire Chief

Noel E. Clarke

The Chief of the Moundsville Fire Department, Noel E. Clarke is a life-long resident of Marshall County. Chief Clarke has been Chief of the department since February 7th 2002.

Chief Clarke brings with him 14 yearsof firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services to Moundsville Fire Department. He holds State and National certifications in many areas pertaining to the fire service. Chief Clarke is also an instructor for the West Virginia Fire Service Extension and American Red Cross.

Since becoming Fire Chief, Noel has revised some of the department's standard operating procedures and the training program for personnel. He plans to continue to update procedures and training to keep the department current with the times while preparing for the future
