You can now pay your municipal fee, garbage bill, and public safety fee on-line!  Click the "Pay My Garbage/Mun. Fee/Public Safety Bill" link above to set up your account.  The City of Moundsville offers both electronic check (ACH/EFT) and credit card payment options. There is a convenience fee for making a payment by credit/debit card and the fee amount varies by card type. There is no fee for making a payment by electronic check.
