After a few technical difficulties, voters in one local city were given an opportunity tonight to hear from candidates running in their area.

Moundsville conducted it's 2020 City Council Candidate Forum to give voters a chance to meet those running in this year’s election.

Two women are running for the open seat in Moundsville's 1st Ward.

Incumbent Judy Hunt took the podium first and when asked how she would build on the positives within the city.
