Free 2 Hour Holiday Parking

As a gift to shoppers and merchants, the City of Moundsville will sponsor free 2-hour parking in the business district during the Holiday Season; November 23rd thru January 3rd. This includes all of Jefferson Avenue and Third Street. The parking meters located around the Court House will not be included.
