Free Parking in Business District!

In an effort to help our downtown local businesses rebound from COVID-19, the City of Moundsville is offering FREE PARKING in the downtown business district.  The affected area is Jefferson Avenue between 2nd Street and 5th Street, 3rd Street, and the two downtown parking lots.  All other meters and permit spaces will still need to be paid.  This will be in effect until July 17, unless extended further.
